Bread

Real Bread means more flavour, digestibility and nutrition. Baked by our local Bread Angel, Gaye, on the day of delivery. Made by hand in the traditional way using organic flour of exceptional quality from Shipton Mill and slowly fermented over 24 hours. Some customers have even found they can digest it despite being gluten intolerant!
